Was there for the first time with family. Had the French Toast Club. Awesome breakfast. I thought it was a sandwich you could pick up, but once you poured on the maple syrup that thought went out the window. It was packed with goodness; the eggs, sausage and bacon were all cooked to perfection. It is small place but that means nothing. The servers were great. You didn't have to wait to ask your server for more coffee. Can't wait to go back.

Who imagines that goat cheese and pistachios belong in an omelette, or that lemon poppyseed pancakes are the bomb... Triangle Diner does. We went Sunday for a quick brunch. There is a great standard diner breakfast/brunch menu, as well as some really innovative specials. We thoroughly enjoyed a our breakfast here. Busy, but swift - we only waited about 10 minutes for a table. Service is friendly and the food is delicious. The hubby had a country benedict which featured delicious sausage gravy ladled over sausage patty and poached eggs on a home made biscuit. He is from Mississippi, and he is very picky about his sausage and his sausage gravy --- so picky, in fact that I always wince when he orders it up north. Triangle passed the sausage gravy test with flying colors! I had a fluffy and fresh omelette along with really crispy hash browns. I upgraded the toast for a grilled orange cranberry muffin. So good. Buttery and sweet with a little bitter tang from the cranberry and orange. Definitely worth the upgrade. My only negative comment is that the coffee is meh. Maybe I drink too much coffee shop coffee, but this was bland and stale tasting, not rich and roasty. They would do well to upgrade their java. Otherwise, great job Triangle Diner! We will be back!!

With the exception of Compton's, most restaurants in downtown Saratoga serve breakfasts in the $12-15 range. So if you venture a mile to the Triangle Diner, you can choose to spend in that range on a more-creative breakfast, but you can also get a filling omelette for $7-8, or many other nice choices below $10. Nothing fancy; it looks like a diner both inside and out, but food is good, hot and quick.

We were up visiting the area ,snowy Tuesday a lot of breakfast place were closed. We ask our phones for a place and they gave us a gem. Triangle Diner. People were very friendly and helpful. My friend had an egg sandwich ,she said it was good. I had an omelet stuffed with fresh spinach,Swiss cheese, roasted red peppers and sausage. This came with home fries or hash browns and a corn muffin. The corn muffin was one of the best thing I ever ate. Toasted with butter and powder sugar on top. This is a small but comfortable diner/ restaurant. Service is fast and friendly. This is a great place.
