I stayed at A Butler's Manor this past weekend for a mother/daughter weekend and want to share my positive experience. From the moment we pulled up in the rain, Chris (one of the owners) was there with an umbrella and to lend a hand with our bags. By the time we met Kim, his lovely wife, and she gave us the tour of the house, our bags were already in our room. Kim and Chris were extremely warm and friendly, and their #1 goal was to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and had everything we needed. There was even a surprise birthday cake made out of candy in honor of my mom's birthday, as well as delicious homemade cookies.

The house itself is immaculate. The living room has a great woodburning fireplace and lots of cozy areas to sit and relax. The bedroom (we stayed in Villefranche) was roomy and had a huge, modern bathroom. Although it was too cold to enjoy, the backyard is beautiful with gardens and a pool.

Breakfast the next morning was one of the highlights. Kim and Chris were up early putting together the meal, and it lived up to its high expectations! We had a fruit salad, delicious praline french toast, homemade cake, and fresh squeezed OJ.

I will definitely be back and would recommend Butler's Manor to anyone looking for a first class, relaxing weekend in Southampton!

These reviews are all true - it's very difficult to add anything - we feel very privileged to have stayed there and if we ever visit the Hamptons again we would plan our stay around availability at A Butler's Manor. Congratulations Kim and Chris on being the perfect hosts and providing something so very special. We highly recommend that you try it if you are visiting the Hamptons.

Thank you Chris and Kim for the very warm welcome we received on our arrival at your
Lovely B & B. Every room is decorated with alot of thought and each one is charming
Within. The little personal touches were an extra. It is obvious you put alot of thought
Into every room in your home. Breakfast was delicious. French toast with apple topping.
Muffins and fresh fruit. We truly enjoyed our breakfast conversation and hearing
Your stories. We loved it so much we have booked next year!

Room Tip: Every room is decorated with individual charm. Anyone of the five rooms s an excellent choice.

We had the warmest of welcomes from our hosts and it made such a difference.
The house is lovely as was our bedroom.
Little touches such as sherry in the room and fabulous toiletries in the bathroom, tea in the afternoon and a welcomed cup of coffee to wake up to were great.
A yummy breafast in the garden was laid on and then we left to continued our tour.We were bid farewell in such a warm way it made us feel as if we were pals!
You will not be disappionted if you stay here.

We chose to stay at A Butlers Manor because it had wonderfull reviews on tripadvisor and I can honestly say with hand on heart that it exceeded our expectations. When we pulled up Chris greeted us as we stepped out the car and carried our bags in. His lovely wife Kim met us inside and gave us a tour around their delightful home. We were a bit jet lagged as we had arrived from England prior to visiting our son in NYC and Chris pointed us in the direction of a pub within short walking distance with great food and brew their own beer for a late supper. Our room was superb with lots of antiques and many nice touches - like the sherry in a decanter with 2 glasses which went down very well. The breakfasts of course are legendary and served in their delightfull gardens and we partularly enjoyed chating to their other guests whilst we enjoyed Kim's great cooking. You can walk into Southhampton which is a really lovely 'village' and there are lots of shops, good restaurants and coffee shops.
