I had a very small(surprised by that since it was over 9.00 with no extras), very tasty salad, but so overdressed! I even asked them to go very light on the dressing. You take away the healthiness of a salad when it's swimming in dressing.

I'm very sorry about this experience. This is very discouraging! I have forwarded your message to our management team and trust that this will not happen again. If you would send your email address to kdavis1@twcny.rr.com we would like to better resolve this issue. Again we are sorry for the poor quality food taste and the poor service..

Salads and broth bowls (soup) are on the menu. Desserts are not found there unless you visit the ice cream stand next door. Great different flavored lemonades are worth trying. We are there sometimes two times a week. Our favorite is the southwest chicken grain bowl. The only problem that I have with them is consistency. Depending on the salad creator it is hit or miss if you get a good amount of the ingredients. There are days when I hardly get a full scoop. It's also hit or miss if the salad is even tossed fully. Great place just wish the staff was consistent with the orders so I don't leave there disappointed at times.

Endless combinations of a variety of fresh foods for bone broth, grain, or green bowls. Broth is so nourishing, and under salted so if you are used to processed or fast food, your tastebuds get a reset. Salads are yummy, grain bowls are filling and it's virtually guilt free, with creative house made dressings. Try the refreshing house made teas, fruit lemonades, and slightly sweetened drink choices.
I could eat here often and it has inspired me to try to incorporate more of the these healthy foods at home.
Start out choosing one of the menu combinations and swap out items or add on others.
All of the selections are gluten free, but they offer a slice of bread at checkout if you like.
Grass fed beef, antibiotic free chicken, vegetarian and vegan options galore.
This chain is taking off around the country and started here in Liverpool, NY, adjacent to Hafner's Garden Center, which is worth a walk around, especially in the spring when all of the new nursery stock is in.

Walked in the door a little after 12 and the line was pretty long..but moving. I had the Spicy Steak salad with Ginger beef broth..$7-8.99 and soup. You can watch them make it all right in front of you...I now have food allergies..gluten and lactose intolerant...the menu was very plain about which combinations had food allergies and which didn't ...For $5.95 you can create your own salad bowl...very good price for lunch...and I didn't mention healthy. eat in or outside..wonderful to find a place I could enjoy!!
They also do takeout.
