On the upside, and it is almost all upside, like most are saying, you get great subs, huge, good quality subs/sandwiches, freshly made by a staff who wants to make your order the way you like it and certainly friendly enough. And, the pizza us very good (not great) and definitely worth buying. Other hot deli specials & items were great as well (pretty killer mac & cheese, my son loved it). Prices are absolutely reasonable, especially considering the substantial size of your orders.
So what's the downside? 15 years ago, I used to work in the Tech Park less than a mile away and used to come here for lunch about once/week. The place hasn't changed, like, at all, and that's not really a good thing. Sure, it was great to see that the food quality and value were still very high, however, the place had the same lousy congested & marginally clean seating area, same lousy entrance, & same haphazard parking lot looks like 1970's rust belt gas station without the gas. The place seems to be a goldmine, can they put a little re-investment back into the facilities? Just remember, you're coming here for the food, & maybe to pick up some beer.
