I would also like to take this opportunity of apologising for not living up to your expectations. We truly do appreciate hearing from our guests as all feedback is taken most seriously and, as mentioned in previous correspondence with you, please be assured that your points of concern which you have raised, have been addressed. We constantly strive to provide the highest standard in all factors of our guests stay and usually receive high praise from our guests so, when we do not get it one hundred percent correct, it is heart-breaking to say the least. Again, thank you for your comments; we do hope that you can find it in your heart to forgive us and will, sometime in the future, give us another opportunity of welcoming you back.
