We went on a Friday night around 6pm. We were seated right away outside in the bar area. Inside was crowded and we wanted to see the sunset. Had the lobster tail and lump crab meat and lobster Thermidor. Both had garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Wonderful meals. Plenty of food. Skipped dessert. Server was not overly friendly but food made up for that.

Spectacular bay views and a wonderful selection of seafood and assorted drinks will make you return for more. You will "have" to try the lobster guacamole or the lobster role. Great setting for family, friends, or just a romantic dinner for two.

Good restaurant for small or large groups. Servers are friendly and efficient. Food came out quickly and children were served first which was a help.

We went to Lobster Shanty on RT 54 in Fenwick Island because she wanted lobster. Nothing fancy we were seated right away. We ordered 2 of the lobster rolls. Hot butter on a little bigger than hot dog roll. Also ordered a cup of their famous seafood chowder. The chowder came first which was very good $9.00. Then the lobster rolls $21.00 ea seared with a slice of pickle and a small bag of potato chips. Not a good presentation for the money.Lobster roll a little pricey for what you got.

Out family (4 adults, 2 children) come here annually, on vacay. Disappointing this year. Flounder sandwich was sparse - small piece, didn't even cover the roll. Other meals all "so-so". Drink prices on high end with average beverages. Chowder still good. One lobster roll had decent meat; the other did not. Overall, disappointing; However, the waitress was professional and accommodating - positive points for her.
