We tried the crab cake egg rolls for something different, they were excellent! The chicken Chesapeake sandwich was also great. Love the atmosphere there. Our hostess was very friendly, our waitress was just okay. They weren't busy this particular day at lunch and there were huge gaps of time between when we would see her.

The soup was great once we asked them to make it hot, it was lukewarm when served. Crab dip was very good and hot! Crab cakes were just so so. We were asked by management how the visit was. We said not impressed, 6 -7 out of 10. He apologized, he said he would pass it onto the chef. He didn't offer a coupon or adjustment. I was willing to give them a second chance until the server took our unused napkins that were under our used napkins and gave them to the table next to ours. I'm sorry but I won't be giving them the second chance at this point.

8 middle age girlfriends stopped in here for late lunch/early dinner one afternoon of our ladies overnight get-away, when the rain chased us off the beach. We noticed the Happy Hour deals on the menu, but we were already seated on the pleasant covered porch overlooking Coastal Highway, so we did not want to relocate inside. When we got the check we wished we had moved inside to the bar to get those special deals, as mixed drinks were upwards of $12 and local keg pale ale was around $8 each. These prices are not listed on the menu (shame on us for not asking). Food was tasty enough though. Several of us ordered the snow crab pots, a delicious splurge, others got the Old Bay shrimp and I got the Cobb Wedge (excellent with lots of shrimp). Atmosphere inside the bar which we noticed as we were leaving, was in full-swing happy hour mode and looked fun. Great music, lots of relaxed beach goers. I would maybe but not definitely return, as the food was pretty good and so was the atmosphere.

My wife and i recently went on a weekend for lunch. The place is decorated nice and has an upstairs covered area The outside area is overlooking Coastal Highway. The prices were higher then we thought and the food was just average. This may be a nice place for a happy hour but just didn't cut it for lunch. Sorry we were hoping for so much more. The wait staff was fine I guess the food and portions didn't meet the pricing they were charging.
