Chef Emanuele came to our villa (thanks to the recommendation of Toni from Taste of Florence) to cook a fabulous meal. Starting with an eggplant parmasean, followed by porcini mushroom pasta, the the main, Salitimboca a la Romana (best I ever had) and finished with the best Tiramisu.
Chef Emanuele is funny, friendly, a great chef and we spent several hours having him prepare the meal and entertain us.
Would highly recommend his cooking, so either get him to cook for you or even better, go to his restaurant.
