It was my second skydive (both I did were 15000 ft) which I did here on Rotto. I really liked that one didn't have to wear an ugly hat and an overall (what I had to do last time), however this isn't the most important thing at skydiving. Franco my tandem master was really cool and friendly. Also the others working there were nice.
The view was gorgeous! Do the 15000 ft jump. Honestly! You'll get more of the scenic flight over Rotto and more of the great freefall. The hardest part is sitting on the edge of the plane and falling out of it, where it doesn't matter at all whether you're jumping from 8000 ft or 15000 ft. Except that you'll regret it in the end if you made the lower one cause you can't get enough of the freefall.
I got one criticism which Geronimo on Rottnest Island should improve. They include the hop-on-hop-off explorer bus ticket in the skydiving price, which is really great, but I almost couldn't use it, as I was jumping 1.30 - 2.30 pm and the last bus is leaving at 3 pm. I went to the info at 10 am (after more or less wasting one hour in the township) and decided to buy another one. They were so friendly to print me one for free after showing them my skydive booking confirmation. What I suggest you (Geronimo on Rotto) to do is: write in the confirmation that one can get the bus ticket also before the jump at the info by showing them the confirmation email as I did it today. That'd be great.
