We ordered a chicken dish and it was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy. Just check your bill before you leave. We were charged more for the dish then was stated on the menu. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I recently attended a Private Luncheon at Tombolino's. There were 36 us in the group. It was a 4 course lunch. Service was good. The first course was prosciutto and melon with a slice of tomato and mozzarella, the second course was a plate of ziti. The choice of entree was veal parmesan, chicken francaise & salmon. Everything was delicious. The dessert was a little skimpy a small piece of layer cake. I believe are hosts paid $32.0 a head. Which did not include beverages. Overall a good experience.

I have eaten at Tombolino's many times. The food is always fresh and excellently prepared. The service is friendly and excellent. It is family owned. The dad is the chief and he comes out many times to make sure you are enjoying your meal. My dad was handicapped and this is one of the few restaurants you can drive up to the door to let someone get out. They offer valet parking which eliminates any parking concerns. Great italian restuarant, you will not be disappointed in the quality of the food here.

An old friend who lives near Atlanta, Georgia and visits me occasionally really misses good Italian food. So, Tombolino is a frequent destination when he visits. During his most recent visit this month, we both had excellent meals. Matt started with lightly fried calamari with a fra diavolo sauce for dipping, and then proceeded to have mixed fresh seafood over linguini for his main course. I started with a shrimp cocktail (very fresh and tender) followed by a special beef dish with a fresh vegetable medley and broiled fingerling potatoes. The beef was so tender that I needed only a fork to cut it. I always listen to the recitation of special dishes, because Tombolino always has some wonderful new things to try.

This upscale neighborhood Italian restaurant has been around for almost 40 years, and now we know why.
The menu is a combination of Italian favorites, and new creative dishes. The wine list is extensive and very well priced. The ambience is polished, low key and relaxing. The servers are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.
The broccoli rabe and sausage appetizer was outstanding, and enough for our table of four to share. The special, seasonal soft shell crabs, were plump, juicy and succulent, in a flavorful francese sauce. The tiramisu for dessert was a wonderful ending to a delicious meal.
