I had an excellent stay. Especially manager Latasha, was extremely professional, and accommodating. The housekeeping and front desk staff were a pleasurable, always friendly, helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. They made my stay with my family awesome.!!

Great stay, great staff (except Vanessa). Don't rely on their shuttle service. Beautiful hotel well maintained and very safe. Their complimentary breakfast is one of the best, a lot of variety to choose from.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. There is a shuttle to Greystone station which is an easy 40 min ride to Grand Central Station for about $16 round trip per person. Much better price than hotels in NYC. We would definately recommend this hotel.

Clean; quiet; gracious front desk staff; very comfortable king bed. Hotel difficult to find, even with GPS, as it is at the back of a business park. Bathroom would benefit from a magnifying mirror. Inadequate hot water for shower on Sunday AM.

I can’t even give this a 1/2 star. My confirmed reservation that was to cost $425.56 has now cost me $1893 because they have charged me FOUR times. Have spoken to several “managers” who are “working on it” but still can’t help me. Held for 30+ minutes and when called back was hung up on. Emily and James need to be fired or need more training. Corporate Hilton is useless as well. My next call is to Colwen Hotels. Make sure you check your bill before checking out or you just might pay triple the rate quoted. I’ll stick with Marriott.
