The room has great natural light & lighting too.
A larger TV now, extra blankets, & luggage rack for your comfort & convenience.
Breakfast area looking into the sunroom.

Welcome to my home!
Beaufort's waterfront is interesting year around.
The public docks always have boats coming & going from all over.
The aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores has different exhibits all the time.
Our version of nightlife can be quieter than some, but still fun!
If you like roses & gardens, you'll love mine. Take some time to wander.
My interior design studio is next to the house, so I'm usually around to answer questions.
We have gorgeous sunsets here- this shot was taken from the front porch.

Further down Front Street is just as interesting as the downtown & you may see the wild horses!
Ah spring! Most people visit in the summer, but I like the other seasons here better.
Do you like flowers? If so, you'll love my house!
Some of the lovely historic homes here. We're the 3rd oldest town in NC.
Quiet beach on the ocean side of Carrot Island- just a 10 minute boat ride from downtown.
My patio with the hot tub next to it. The neighborhood pool is open seasonally too.
Our small town Christmas parade. We have no chain stores or restaurants downtown.
I could just look at this forever- couldn't you?

Our nearest public beach at Radio Island about 2 miles away- looking towards Ft. Macon
This beach has a bathhouse & free parking- looking back towards Beaufort.
Sign downtown- I agree! Friendly people, beautiful surroundings, what more could you want?

I usually have flowers in your room &; around the house from my garden.
Deep sea fishing is good here since the Gulf Stream is so close.
Take a boat to the Cape Lookout National Seashore-miles & miles of deserted beach!

Very much enjoyed my stay with Jane, she was very accommodating as was her home as well as location. She is an extremely knowledgeable host and enjoyable to talk with. The room was very comfortable and relaxing I will definitely rebook should I return to the area.

“Perfect for working vacation.”

My grand daughter and I spent two nights there, it was perfect Jane was was a wonderful host and has a lovely home. My grand daughter was videoing a wedding and the pool was perfect after a long day of filming, it is a quite neighborhood with lots to do near by. Jane was very helpful with info about the area,and we were not disappointed with her recommendations.

“Very comfortable room in quirky house”

Jane has a unique home with quirky collections in lovely Beaufort. The house is in a very nice and totally safe area a few minutes walk from local shops and supermarket, a 5 minute drive to the historic waterfront area, and only another 10 minutes to Atlantic Beach. Our room was extremely comfortable and although it has a shared bathroom this was never an issue. We had the added bonus of using the private community pool.

Location about one mile from historic district. Great value for comfortable accommodations in quiet neighborhood. Owner is very interesting to talk with as she has traveled and has quite a collection of things representing her interests. Owner provided information of things to do in the area. Bathroom is across the hall and you may have to share if there is another guest , was not an issue for us. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return to the area again soon.
