From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated 15 minutes before our reservation without an issue. Dallas was our server, experienced, friendly, but not overly and skilled and informed about the restaurant and area. Dallas was awesome for the entire 2 hours. The food was terrific, I had seafood bisque and my wife had sea scallops for apps, and I had the Jerk chicken and scallops and my wife had the fillet with crab cakes. My wife's exact quote, "best scallops and filet she has had in a very long time".
the atmosphere is awesome, watching the sunset from the patio while listening to very nice live music. We are in southern shores for a week more, over an hour drive, but we may go back, it was that good, and read about these people, the story and mission are just terrific. Cafe Pamlico does it all right for sure...eat here if you get the chance.
Lastly we were lucky enough to meet the owner for a few minutes after dinner, he chatted with us while he was having dinner with other guests and was very cordial and appreciated our comments, this man and his team are truly living the American dream.

What a wonderful establishment! My friends and I had dinner here the last night we stayed on the Outer Banks, and what a way to end our trip!

I had the filet (medium rare to perfection) with shrimp, mashed potatoes and green beans. Stuffed peppers and scallops for appetizers. The seafood bisque gave me life. Everything was divine!

Melissa was a fabulous waitress. Funny and personable. The kitchen missed the shrimp on our order and Melissa and the additional staff made it right. She's a true gem!

Eric at the bar makes a fabulous cocktail and recommended a delicious wine for my friends. Really enjoyed this restaurant and if you can get there around sunset, the view is spectacular!

I highly recommend this lovely place and we will definitely be back! My friends and I decided a trip to OBX shall be a yearly event!

Great atmosphere, superb service, outstanding food , excellent value. Checked all the boxes. If you want a finer dining experience this is the BEST place in the outer banks.

My husband and I made a reservation for a nice dinner and we’re blown away with everything. food, service and atmosphere were outstanding ! Would definitely eat here again! Cannot wait to come back and stay for a full weekend at the inn !

By far the best dinner out we had all week in Hatteras. Our server, Melissa, was so wonderful. The timing of each course was perfect ( not everything came at once)! The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. Lovely evening with a beautiful sunset!!!
