Excellent experience. Clean, quiet room. Online check-in & checkout. Breakfast was better than most budget hotels.

The staff was not overly friendly, but not a big deal.

Easy access to Southern Village & Chapel Hill.

Great location but they are under staff, I wait for long till I get served. In addition, the front desk staff were not professional and not welcoming. I had a billing question, the lady in the front desk was extremely unprofessional and very rude. I filed a complaint to the manager next day.

We have enjoyed this hotel in the past, and the location with shops and restaurants nearby is excellent. However, this time we were disappointed. Desk staff weren't overly welcoming and didn't look professional in dress and demeanor.
The room was not as clean as it should have been (dirt, etc. on rug and bathroom floor), the sink drain didn't flow well, and the grab bar in the shower had loose covers on its ends. Also we were not told upon arrival that there was no housekeeping of the room during our stay so we were not pleased to arrive back in the evening to unmade bed, no clean towels, etc. Also, since there are no towel bars, it's difficult to reuse a damp towel. As I said, in the past we loved this place, but now it looks neglected and appears understaffed. It makes me wonder if there's been a change in management or ownership. With Covid mostly gone, the lack of housekeeping is a real downer. I may stay elsewhere on my next trip.
