The pool, gym, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. We were able to sleep well in a room that was cool, dark, and quiet. I'll remember the scent of the tangerine body wash in the remodeled bathroom. We would choose this property again.

A classy and comfortable place for business or personal travel, with a highly professional and courteous staff. The Rizzo Center is in a beautiful setting and has amenities that most hotels don't have, such as secluded sitting areas and conference rooms of all sizes.

We had a pleasant stay in Chapel Hill. COVID restrictions were the biggest bummer as there was no restaurant or bar to visit, no glass in the room, had to drink out of plastic cups. Pantries are closed, if you want anything you have to walk 1/4 mile to get it from where our room was in proximity to the front desk. Beds were comfortable. Note - housekeeping is by request and you need to be specific on the time you will be out of your room. We did not have housekeeping for the 8 night stay. Personally would like a refund for cleaning my own room daily.

Dear Kim H,
Thank you very much for the review. The COVID restrictions have been challenging and we've tried our best to limit the disruptions. We wanted to continue offering the complimentary popcorn, ice cream and soft drinks, but in order to do so we had to centralize that location by the front desk for easy and consistent sanitation. They are still available though. A full breakfast is also available daily. We are awaiting restrictions within the State to ease a little more before reopening the bar. I know that is a bummer. We're happy to provide housekeeping service every day if a guest chooses. Out of an abundance of caution we wanted to give our guests the option to not have anyone else enter their room during their visit if that's what they desire. We kindly request a window of time be chosen for service so that we can appropriately plan out the day.
I'm certainly happy to discuss any of the other items you mentioned and can be reached directly at the hotel.

Hotel is extremely clean, friendly service & wonderful amenities. The rooms are modern and very clean. Just a few minutes to UNC & Duke Colleges. This has been the best hotel stay we have ever had. Anything you may need they have it!

The hotel was impeccable! Perfect location, clean and friendly staff! The gym was very clean. And the pool area was both clean and beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again when traveling to this area! BEST value of any hotel in the area!
