I had a fantastic stay at the Graduate in Chapel Hill! I was a little disappointed that the gym was not open - it should say so on the hotel website as for some people (like me), our health is a major factor in why we book. I was very pleased, however, with the front desk being able to get dumbbells delivered to my room so I could still get a workout in. Beautiful hotel - great location and fantastic staff!

Amazing hotel

The Graduate Chapel Hill is just a lovely place to stay. It’s in a great part of campus and the decor is beautiful down to the detail. The front desk were extremely friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room at no cost. 100% would stay here again.

Great Hotel

Have stayed at the Graduate Chapel Hill (formerly The Frankln Hotel) many times. It never disappoints. Great location. Convenient to everything UNC and Franklin St. Easy walk to Carborro as well. Tons of food and beverage choices (at least in normal times). Park your car and walk everywhere. Excellent staff that is always helpful.

Great Boutique Hotel

Great hotel. Clean. Hotel staff were accommodating and very kind. I purchased a room
the day off and was able to check in early to decorate for my sister. She really enjoyed the bed. The decor is really cool. Such a great stay!

The best.

Fantastic accommodations and staff. Unrivaled access to the restaurants, shops, and activities around Franklin Street and the UNC-CH campus. I have stayed multiple times now and always have a great experience---highly recommended!

Wonderful

Cozy and great location. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed this hotel very much!! The basketball theme and indoor court were fun to shoot some hoops after the days adventures.
