The hotel is in a great location along the main street in Chapel Hill and the decor was so much fun. There was a mock basketball court on my floor with a basket and nerf balls to play with. The front desk person checked in with me by text on day 1 to make sure I knew I could contact them with any questions during my stay or while I was out around town. Highly recommend.

Sadly, we were only at the Graduate for one night, on our way from NY to FL. The hotel staff was friendly (even though we arrived at 2am) and the room was pristine (in terms of cleanliness and décor). I want their designer to come do my house. Close to everything you could need - Target up the road, delicious bagel shop around the corner, etc. Lovely all around and the only hotel we have come across that accepts both cats and dogs. Our pets were grateful. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at the Graduate in Chapel Hill! I was a little disappointed that the gym was not open - it should say so on the hotel website as for some people (like me), our health is a major factor in why we book. I was very pleased, however, with the front desk being able to get dumbbells delivered to my room so I could still get a workout in. Beautiful hotel - great location and fantastic staff!

The Graduate Chapel Hill is just a lovely place to stay. It’s in a great part of campus and the decor is beautiful down to the detail. The front desk were extremely friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room at no cost. 100% would stay here again.

Have stayed at the Graduate Chapel Hill (formerly The Frankln Hotel) many times. It never disappoints. Great location. Convenient to everything UNC and Franklin St. Easy walk to Carborro as well. Tons of food and beverage choices (at least in normal times). Park your car and walk everywhere. Excellent staff that is always helpful.
