The hotel was great! The rooms had a unique, but classy flair to them. The room was huge. The location was hard to beat! We even played basketball on the 3rd floor :) We didn't end up using the restaurant or cafe, but it looked nice.
What a great hotel! The room was perfect for us - we were traveling with our teenager for some university tours. We had a huge patio which we loved at night, and the suite with the sofa bed in the living room worked perfectly for us. The cocktails in the bar are amazing, staff was great. The basketball court on the 4th floor was a major highlight!

We had a group of 8, visiting Chapel Hill for a UNC soccer camp for our 10-11 year old kids. We landed on The Graduate because we figured it would be fun for both adults and kids and it far exceeded our expectations!!
The basketball court kept all the kids happy and entertained while the adults could watch or hang out downstairs at the Trophy Room (coffee and pastry shop by day, bar by night). The hotel decor was quirky, thoughtful and incredibly fun. We continued to find little easter eggs throughout our stay. Speaking of which, don't forget to ask the front desk about room 23!
We loved the location and were able to walk to so much, including the UNC campus. The EV chargers in the parking deck were also a huge bonus! We hope to be back next time we're in town.
overall, the room was great for four people a little bit loud from the bar next-door. Bathroom layout was an ideal shower was too big for space. Room was very comfortable hotels in a great location for visiting Chapel Hill/UNC/Wake Forest/Duke lots of restaurant options Locally. Staff very friendly.
