Rooms are spacious enough. The small kitchen with the microwave is definitely handy and the refrigerator (with fridge) is more than generous in space. Service is truly good, although it is provided on 14days basis. The location is alright, but it is not recommendable to walk to the downtown.
The room might become kind of noisy for the refrigerator and the heating system, sometimes.
A particular mention for the staff: always very attentive and ready to help.
Overall I think it is a great solution, if you have to stay in town for several weeks.

If your a clean freak as I am. Or you a clutter bug you will see how filthy this motel is. Extended Stay on University Drive off 15-501 in the Bull City (I'm a Durmite) is not the ideal place for people not comfortable around people of different race. The steps leading to the room were nasty. I have l one word to describe: power washer.... Well two words.
The rooms were nice and had lots of features. However even looked worn out. The room had no bath towels. I had to go get them. The breakfast they do proudly mention is continental grab. What continent?? IDK?
However, the staff were friendly. Slow and understaffed, but friendly.

The place is a disaster. The rooms are filthly. I did not feel comfortable to stay the second night due to drug deals and loitering going on in the parking lot. Stay away and they will not refund any money even if you deserve it. The poor reviews are real. Buyer beware
