Without question, I was thoroughly welcomed and immediately put at ease at this lovely golf resort adjacent to Duke University. the entire staff made me feel at home and I will be recommending it to all my friends! The only consideration to make is that downtown Durham requires a taxi ride or car if you wish to visit the restaurants there. Otherwise, exceptional!

My family stayed at this hotel two times. Although the service and food were good and people were overall very nice here, both times the fire alarm went off, not to mention at 6 am the second time! They were both false alarms, and there was no explanation at all when I asked the front desk about it. However, the rest of the hotel was good, just be warned about this.

The front desk and bell staff at this hotel are amazing. Friendly and super helpful. Both restaurants were delicious. If you are in the area, there is no reason to stay anywhere else.

Stayed at the Inn ahead of a pre-college class check in. A little old world style (can tell by the pictures on-line) but clean and tasteful.
