There is a new chef and management at The Bistro. Both are highly professional and truly talented. The chef's cuisine is New South, farm to table. The breakfast is wonderful and features Layden's country store sausage. The corned beef hash is made with house prepared corned beef. The dinner menu changes with availability of fresh produce, seafood, and meats. The lunch is very popular and includes a blue plate special daily. The view is great, the atmosphere casual. You really need to try The Bistro at The Pines!
