Superior service from all but especially Tim. He was able to allow early check-in and late check out. He put is a great room (even for a diamond member). Breakfast was far better than the average Hampton Inn. Examples include, crispy bacon, mini-waffle iron, pumpkin spice waffle batter and fresh fruit. The only downside was no public transportation available on weekends. No uber, no taxi, no buses.

My stay here was pleasant. Room was clean and décor very nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were really soft and comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good. There are stores close by such as Walmart, Ollie’s, Aldi, and Ingles. I didn’t want any breakfast (not hungry) but did get some coffee and it was good. The coffee station and the breakfast station are on opposite sides of the dining room. Front desk staff friendly. The elevators seem old and slow and a few times I got worried they would get stuck but they didn’t. The ice machine on my floor was not working so I had to go to another floor to fill the ice bucket. However I will stay here again if I need to stay in this area.
The Hampton Inn is always a great place to stay and this one in Forest City NC was no exception. Very clean hotel, and the staff was terrific. Pool, fitness center, conference room, business center and breakfast, what more could you ask for. Also, they have a laundry if you need for a long-term stay. We always stay at a Hampton Inn!
Excellent one night stop for our beach trip to Southern NC. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hotel was located close to food and stores. Breakfast had a good variety of options although I can't speak to quality as we only got some cereal for our young one.
We stayed ones night while traveling through North Carolina. This hotel was so clean, employees were all very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything tasted so fresh. We had a room with a King bed and it very nice and clean. Loved the layout, it felt very spacious. We would stay here again if we're back in the area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The elevators were basically down the 3 days we were there and the running water in the room was brown. We did not even want to shower, who wants to take a shower in brown water! Just a bad experience!
