First room given was occupied, that’s embarrassing. Second room given didn’t match keys, so we could not access when we came back from dinner. Once we finally got access to room, the AC didn’t work. Not good in NC in July. Was told no other rooms available and no mechanic on site to look at AC. I am a gold elite member for IHG properties, but avoid this one at all costs.More

Was nice from the parking lot and the staff seemed nice. Room had a few dated items. But overall ok. Think a swingers group had booked the place and I thought it was fun. Got to see some intriguing stuff. My gf got into it and met a nice lady at the desk and talked her in something that she had never tried

This hotel is in bad need of an update, think grungy and disgusting. If you’re expecting more than a 1 star stay, or maybe 2 stars, ignore the glowing reviews and pick somewhere else where you get your money’s worth.

It is tucked away behind some other shady motels, and was being remodeled; however it was clean and breakfast was good. I wish it had more curb appeal. The patrons from the other hotels were hanging out in the parking lot arguing. There is noise from the highway you could hear in our room, but that did not affect my sleep too bad.

newly renovated king room was very comfortable only stayed one night. all staff was very helpful. the pool area was open but heater not working they are in the process of renovating the hotel. we had a renovated room it was nicely done.

A local college is using this motel for their dorm rooms and the motel is under renovations, It is VERY loud. Was awakened all night from loud music, people yelling, doors slamming. The only plus was afternoon desk clerk and breakfast person were super friendly.
