This is an old hotel with an updated decor. The room has seen better days and there is a slight odor but it’s fine. The service is lacking. Long check in time and waiting for paid breakfast at the Starbucks was disappointing. After standing at the counter for 7 mins waiting for the lady to acknowledge me I had to leave to get to work. I think I’ll go to the Fairfeild next door next time

Do not stay at this hotel. Booked this past Saturday night, requested mobile check in. They oversold the hotel, gave our room away. Went to check in, female front desk agent was not knowledgeable. Overnight male MOD had no plan to relocate us to another hotel other than to call around to other hotels that were already sold out. Had to stay at a friends house. I look at my credit card statement and they charged my card for the room they said they didn’t have even though I sent the hotel a chat message stating that my reservation should have been cancelled since they had no rooms.

Room tip: Check in early on Saturday nights

I was trapped in this monstrosity for five days due to the hurricane. Peeling wallpaper, holes in walls, and they had to change the linens on my bed three times to find sheets and comforter without stains. When I went downstairs to what they call a restaurant(more like a snack bar) I felt like I had walked into a Third World country. When I used the toilet paper, the holder fell in the floor. Loud bang in the middle of the night and the soap dispenser fell into the tub. Do you not stay here!

Stayed in the hotel for a family wedding in the area. Rented two rooms, one of which had an awful chemical smell. The staff was amazing and attentive and got us another room as fast as possible and followed up with us. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and friendly. We utilized the gym and the coffee bar both of which were clean. I would stay here again.

Room tip: Parking lot was obviously full on the weekend days.

I love when I walk through doors and I am welcomed by the receptionist/ office staff. The lady at the counter acted as if l was bothering her because of my arrival. Okay rooms no microwave but had a small fridge. The AC unit did not get cold even set at 60 Fahrenheit. I was sweating all night. Ask if maintenance could take a look at it. Not sure if they did because it was still warm when I came back to my room. Hotel Manager did give me a discount for being uncomfortable. I would maybe stay again. Room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, nice pressure shower and black out curtains.
