Plan on spending extra time to SHOP the extensive menu. There are daily specials on the menu as well as on the board when you walk in. Additionally, most entrees come with three (3) veggies or 2 and one dessert. Senior Menu items were sort of limited but still not bad for less than $8.00 for most of them (smaller serving and just right for a small lunch).
We both had the Senior Plates. I had the Shrimp (popcorn or course), Baked Potato, slaw and hush puppies. Served with a very light - almost tempura-like coating. My wife had the Alaskan White Fish Baked Potato, slaw and hush puppies. Served with a different coating, slightly thicker. Both of the plates were $7.65.
Service was fast and efficient. We had water, but there were coffee, tea, and soft drinks also available.
Food ranged from local to Greek, to Italian. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
