Description: Our staff at the Outer Banks Brewing Station works hard to give our Outer Banks vacation guests and Outer Banks local guests the best possible service. We are the first wind-powered brewery in the United States. Our innovative menus change with the seasons and include something for everyone. We feature pork and beer specials along with a seafood and meat special every night. Our Outer Banks restaurant features live music in the backyard and almost every night after dinner in the summer months. The backyard, where the wind turbine is, features a beer truck, corn hole, a picnic table-style seating area with a pirate ship playground for the kids! Come relax and kick back with some brews and let the kids play on the playground! Our beer rotation is constantly changing and we brew special beers all year long. We hope to see you here soon!

Stopped by one afternoon to try the brew selection. We weren't disappointed. The beer was good, the service was good and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Try the nachos...

Fun place but the service was slow and we had GI issues the next day. It would be great for drinks when they have a band.
Not necessarily a family place.

This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. The beers were all good, and my swordfish sandwich was excellent. The waiter was knowledgeable and helpful.

We went on Halloween weekend and loved the decorations. Some young families were in early with costumed kids in tow. We were unable to stay for the live music which started late. The beer was fresh and choices numerous. While I settled for the bison burger with sweet potato fries, my husband opted for the special osso bucco.

We always try to visit 3-D's restaurants while traveling and this place is very good. The food was delish and the atmosphere is fun. I had shrimp & grits, the signature dish that was prepared on DDD, which was really, really good. The only negative was that the entrees took very long to arrive and the place was not that crowded. Also, we had creamy bowls of soups for appetizers and our bread arrived waaaaay after we had eaten the soups. The beard would have been terrific with the soups.
