This is an interesting property that is strategically located on the ocean. As we are visiting during the winter there is not much beach activity, but we are comfortable. The property is showing its age, but it is clean and comfortable. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly with a smile and a few words at every meeting. The bed is comfortable and what more could one ask for in a hotel room. We would certainly stay here again should our travels bring us back here.More

This is my second time at this hotel. Front desk always friendly and courteous. Lobby is always clean and neat. Breakfast to go is good but would love to see a little more variety. Hotel is in a wonderful area and the price are reasonable. I truly love this location.❤️

We had an Outstanding stay . The location is perfect. Splurge on on the beach side rooms. Sunrises and views are amazing. The facility was very nice and accommodating. Staff was super. Enjoy your stay with lots of historic amenities and fun stuff for the kids. Looking forward to our next trip. Don't forget the Great Seafood.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. We watch the seagulls flock in huge numbers. We had a blast watching the dolphins swim right from our balcony. Great experience. They even have a little bar that serves food and happy hour daily.

Had a very clean room. Pet friendly. Staff was very helpful. It's right on the beach. There are 2 doors in your room, 1 to the motel part and 1 leading to the beach. There were no chairs in the room but it was a pet friendly room and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Even though it is pet friendly, it is very quiet here. Plan on returning here. Was a great priced stay.

We had 1 night here in this area before we had to head back home to Minnesota and my husband & I were bound & determined to find an ocean front room with a great view. We asked to see the room before we committed to it and when we walked in we thought it was fine. But the moment we opened the door and stepped out on the balcony...wow...the roar of the waves and view were amazing. We were completely sold and spent the rest of the evening drinking cocktails and chatting with the bartender (I think his name was Dave). Then we walked outside and spent time on the beach right outside the hotel. Such a cool experience for a couple of Minnesotans!
As far as the room, it's old and could use an update...fresh paint etc. but all in all it was fine. The bed was fairly comfy and we got a good nights rest before we had to get up at the crack of dawn to start our 21 hour journey home. The water temp for the shower was just barely warm so that was annoying and then while I was waiting for the water to never got hot I noticed a huge clump of black hair hanging to the sides of the shower and that's where I got disgusted..yuck! Other than that we enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be friendly & helpful! That view of the ocean though...!!!
