Scheduled for three nights because we have stayed at Cambria properties before and enjoyed our stay. Not so much at this hotel. These rooms need a serious update. One tech example is there are no HDMI connections, but there are RCA connectors! The room was dark, not inviting and became more so when the fire alarms went off at 4AM because there was a power outage, not a fire. No communication as to what was happening, many of the emergency lights did not work, and the lobby doors would not open. The staff said this happens all the time. I have a suggestion... Fix It! The elevators were the dirtiest I have seen in a long while. Checked-out after the first night but, of course, was billed for three nights. The staff member behind the desk just didn't seem well trained... or interested in the job.More
