Dalia is an old lady who is already in her eighties which doesn't stop her to lead her restaurant and welcome everybody individually. Since there seems to be just her and another old lady an order a la carte doesn't exist but a fixed menu. At this evening we had a lentil soup, cauliflower, peanut and almond patties, filled paprika, spinach patties, filled pastries and dates and different salads. For dessert we had apple pie and some pralines. Drinks were also included in the 110 Shekel menu. Everything was so delicious but still we couldn't finish because it was too much.
The atmosphere was like at my grandmother's house. Every table had another cloth and lots of antique stuff was hanging around. In my mothers opinion it was a little bit dusty but in my it was charming.
The dishes were a little bit local but sometimes they also reminded of my grandmother's kitchen. Maybe because her parents were polish some of the meals had an european touch.
All in all I was quite content and even my father liked the food although it was Completely vegetarian.

The community of Amirim is beautiful. We came Hungry to learn about the place and for breakfast. We found Dalia's and we enjoyed every moment. The restaurant looked as though it had just finished with many folks, and we seemed to be the last arriving for the fixed menu breakfast. Every dish was a delight, the bread was fantastic alone with an assortment of jams, jellies and marmalades. A pitcher of lemon drink was offered, along with a pitcher of water. The eggs and breakfast salads and hummus were all bursting with flavor and lovely to look at. Our table looked out onto the valley and the Galilee. Desert was served on the terrace and we drifted off to the sounds and smells of the mint tea, birds and silence. The price was very fair and the service was prompt and gentle. We met Dalia and one of her children who both clearly we're proud of what they offer at the restaurant and we're happy that our meal and experience was good. Come before Passover - rumor has it Dalia will be retiring!

When you have a choice of one restaurant in the area then you are naturally apprehensive, add in its vegetarian when we are not, then we were not sure what to expect. However.... we were pleasantly surprised. It was a fixed menu and they explained what was available that night. When it came it looked great and tasted better. Nice surprise, plenty to eat and good value. We wanted to get our little one to bed so they packed up the deserts for us. Nice and recommended.

When you walk in, you immediately feel the warm homey feel of grandma's house. When you sit down a selection of mini salads and fresh lemonade is immediately brought to the table. There is no menu here, rather each day the selection of soups, first courses, main dishes and dessert changes and everything is brought to the table in feast fashion - amazing vegan selection. By the time dessert and fresh leaf tea arrived we were so full. Set price - 110 a person ( on Friday evening it is worth making a reservation as it is the only place open on the moshav). Hefty price but you get wonderful homemade selections all night. We loved it!
