We visited Charlotte for a convention, but decided to stay outside the city for the night. Based upon previous experience with Quality hotels, I booked a room and looked forward to a good night's stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, and I did like how every time I walked through the lobby an employee was sitting there close by the door instead of hiding in the back as is often the case in hotels. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was very clean and I liked how the shower curtain was arranged to give the maximum of room to the bather.
Negatives to this stay were as follows:
1. There was a bit of noise coming from the parking lot, which was adjacent to a convenience store, though it did quiet down before 11pm
2. The coffee was very disappointing: I've come to expect brewed coffee based upon my previous stays at Quality hotels, but this one had a coffee vending machine that dispensed a drink that tasted like "instant" coffee
3. I felt that this was a little overpriced based upon actual location and amenities
So I'd recommend this hotel with "reservations"!More
