We stay here frequently when visiting family in the area - it never disappoints! Staff are friendly and Martha on the breakfast crew makes us feel we’re in her own kitchen - very welcoming and sees to all our needs. Rooms are always clean and even during COVID with limited services, housekeeping was only a phone call away for anything we needed. Angie W took good care of us this time! Highly recommend the Fairfield Shelby.

The rooms are well appointed and clean. The complimentary breakfast is delicious ,and Martha keeps everything well stocked, neat, and tidy.. We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We will gladly stay here again.

Good service, very friendly staff, very clean rooms ( by Amy and Kyle) The breakfast crew with Martha made me feel like home. The rooms are new and modernly furnished. The bathroom is generously dimensioned. What more could you ask for.

Excellent staff. Verna at the front desk was amazing at assisting me with an early check-in. Amy in housekeeping did Excellent getting my room ready on short notice. Made me feel valued as a customer. Definitely recommend. Well be staying here in the future.

Great room with new carpet, furniture, and amenities. Megan our housekeeper got our room ready early so we could change before a wedding. The breakfast crew, Cheri and Martha L, were courteous and helpful both in getting us breakfast and helping when my husband spilled hot coffee on his hand.
Overall, a great stay in a nice room with very good service.
