The Mac n Cheese is out of this freaking world!! I have never in my life had something so creamy and good! The Brisket Mac n cheese is seriously manna from heaven. The sweet combo of BBQ sauce and cheese is delightful! The pot pie is YUMMO! I'm not a big pot pie person but seriously I can't even handle how scrumptious the chicken pot pie is! The Brussel sprouts are divine! They are served with a Greek goddess sauce that will melt your face off. The service is excellent and good is AMAZING! You get everything you pay for and more! I can't say enough good about this wonderful place!

The burgers here are in the top 5 of all the burgers in the Wilmington, NC area. The poutine is also great.

My friend and I had been traveling from Williamsburg to Wilmington arriving much later than we expected. In route we looked up places to eat and this restaurant received rave reviews so we decided to try it. We used their call ahead seating and when we arrived our seats were ready for us at the bar as requested. So far all is well until the food came and this is where the rating jumped. We ordered the Brussel Sprouts which were absolutely delicious with their green goddess dressing. Next up were the Duck Wings which we had with the Jalapeño Orange Marmalade sauce, they were hot, sweet and very good. We are both beet lovers and I can't pass up a beet salad if its on the menu so that was our next dish. It was loaded with nuts not as many beets and cheese. The tarragon dressing complemented the salad. Yummy! Our final order came which was the Beef Wellington Bites. They were so good with a horseradish sauce and another sweet sauce. There wasn't an item on the menu go by that didn't look delicious. We had a fun time at the bar talking to some locals and other travelers. If we are ever back in town we will be back sitting at the bar having some of the other items on the menu. Thanks Fork and Cork staff for satiating these hungry travelers.

My friends (3 of us in all) and I shared a hot mess burger, classic poutine, and Brussel sprouts. The burger was so delicious -- very big. We noticed a lot of people shared a burger plate which comes with fries. The poutine was just as good as what I have experienced in Montreal! And the Brussel sprouts were awesome!
This place is small which adds to its character. Don't miss it when you are in downtown Wilmington!
We had a wonderful waiter, Kyle!

At 3.30pm on a Sunday and the small pub restaurant is still full. However, I visited this place alone so was able to get a counter seat immediately.
I had a light meal just 2 hours earlier so I didn't want a super huge burger. However, the service staff told me all burgers are the same size. I ordered Shwiss burger with onion rings.
Very long wait - 30 minutes for my order to arrive!
The food presentation was impressive - the onion rings were coated just like KFC's crispy chicken and the burger was oozing with cheese.
Move past the first impression, however, the onion rings didn't taste good. The batter was somewhat hard and one can't really taste the batter at all. After a few rings, I decided to finish the burger first lest I become too full to eat the burger. Later, I realized that the onion rings had more taste when it is cold. The batter had some savoury taste and was somewhat spicy - almost like there was curry powder added. Still the onion rings can make one quite full.
The burger, on the other hand, was really worth having! The patty was juicy, not hard and the buns were soft throughout. Only point against it was the mushrooms weren't a lot. In fact, only the second half of my burger had mushrooms.
A test of a good burger is that one should not get tired of finishing the entire burger. This one passed the test! Then again, to be frank, I think the burger is not very big. Still, it was good.
Overall, I enjoyed my burger and I will avoid the onion rings in the future.
As for service staff, they were polite and mechanically friendly.
The long wait may hamper me from visiting this place again though.
