Great location. Various food and tasty. Professional employee, focused on what they have to do. Car parking with video surveillance. Very good utilities in the room (studio- washing machine, kitchen with microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, tableware and crockery) and (apartment with 1 bedroom- washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, no microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, tableware and crockery). Very clean water in the pool and i loved the fact that it didn’t smell of chlorine. Great music at the bar.

I didn’t like:
- Very poor cleaning on the floor in the rooms but it is made every day.
-The toilet and the sink doesn’t have ,,disinfected” label.
-5euro/ day PARKING fee only with CASH.
-towels and bed sheets are changed during staying only for a fee.
- the employees rarely smile which seems that they are unfriendly.
- the hotel doesn’t have it’s beach. The beach fee for two persons per day it’s 36 bgn(leva).
- you don’t have wifi in the hotel reception.
- the tv in the room has only bulgarian and russian channels, plus euronews. You are lucky if you have a netflix account!:-)

I was unsure why there were so few reviews for this hotel but when we visited I realised it’s because there aren’t too many English guests - which I’ll let you decide is a good or bad thing.... but we enjoyed it and found it very peaceful and relaxing. The staff all speak good enough English to get by and were helpful.

Overall a great value for money holiday!
My, wife, daughter and I all stayed for a week all inclusive. The food was ok with a buffet style breakfast, lunch and tea daily (and a snack meal between 4pm-5pm of pizza). Unlimited drinks and alcohol included on the all inclusive - not top label brands but still good for the price.

Pool design is very nice (see photos). There are 4 pools on 3 levels....Steps between the levels and not the most wheelchair accessible hotel if You need it to be. The top and bottom pools generally for children and the middle 2 for adults.
Enough sun beds and it never seemed too busy to get one - we would come down to the pool after breakfast about 11am and still managed to get 3 beds next to each other where we wanted.
NOTE: pool towels not provided so bring your own

There is a children’s ‘Animation’ club with morning and evening activities - the staff who run this were great and try to get everyone involved. This is a great asset. There is sometimes live (what I can only assume it traditional Bulgarian music at the evening meal) but there isn’t much other evening entertainment apart from music at the bar which shuts off around 10 and the kids club is normally next to it with lots of small children running around (so you might not get much peace if you want a quiet drink)

The beach, seafront, shops, money changing etc is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Some rides for children keep them happy too! Which is very useful and good to do on a night.

Good internet speed in the room of about 30Mb/s download speed.
About 25 minute transfer from the airport by taxi to the hotel.
Weather was 29 -32 degrees Celsius every day, clear skies, no clouds and continuous sun in the last week of August.

Had a great time and would definitley return!

We spent 7 nights in this hotel with two small children. We booked one bedroom apartment with park view. Firstly we got very noisy room with part sea view, but too close the other hotel and it's air conditioning system, so the noise in the room of it was all 24 h. Plus there were no washing machine as it was declared in the booking description. Next day administrator change the room without problem. She and all other staff were very friendly and were able to meet all our needs. The food is very delicious and wide variety. The animators were active and worked every day.
Minuses: only 3 or 4 baby chairs in the main restoraine, thus sometimes you might need to wait for it; there were no towels in the sunbeds in swimming pool area; the hotel is not very friendly to disabled or parents with babies in stroller, e.g. wonderful playground is in the hill with stairs; internet connection sometimes even in the room was poor and it was nessecary to switch to different nets.
In general the hotel is very beautiful and there were no problem with free place in sundebs or food despite the fact that it was July and many tourists around.

We came here for five days on holiday.
The hotel is absolutely stunning in the public areas and the staff was good too - at reception, the staff was super friendly and professional!
The place is very clean too! Despite other reviews, the rooms are cleaned everyday!
Rooms are a great size, we had a standard double and it was perfect! Lovely kitchen area too!

We did note a couple of issues in the bedroom (previous guests seem to have broken some wall fixtures) which did not appear to be taken on board.

It would be great if the bar was open later! It’s a lovely space and should be taken advantage of!

The breakfast was a bit over-staffed and I think some of them really didn’t have much to do, a few times they tried to take full plates away from the table. Maybe a little bit more training would be a good thing here?

Also, a lot of the hot buffet options were very cold when you finally sat down to eat.

One day there was a bit of a questionable photoshoot taking place, I’m guessing for promoting the hotel, but it was probably one of the trashiest spectacles I’ve ever seen. This was a bit of a deterring factor for me! Especially given the amount of families with children eating dinner during the seedy affair. Seemed a bit inappropriate to me!

Location-wise the hotel is perfect, it’s lovely and quiet and it takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach and maybe five minutes to walk to the centre! Everything is super handy :)

We would definitely stay here again!
