Food it's very poor, terrible and so so much salt.
Clean it's ok,not excelent.
To go at beach, you must go intro Rivera Beach, and there u have only 10 chairs.
Drinks badly.
Animation very ok.
I not recommand this hotel.

The hotel is nice, the food is also good, the place near the beach but uou have to walk there. Room service is terrible, our room in a week was cleaned once, and cleaned on that way that ir was still sandy everywhere, nobody replaced our cups for tea and etc. Bedsheets were dirty as well as towels. We had to leave at 7 before breakfast. They made early breakfast, we couldnt choose. We didnt eat it. It was just bread (wirhout butter or anything) and peace of cheese. After leaving nobkdy asked how was the hotel for us. So they are not even gathering the information from clients.

Dear PaulapF8571PC,
thank you for sharing your experience and opinion with us.It really matters. We are glad to hear that you like the food and the hotel. As far as the beach is concerned ,in our description on booking.com it is written that the hotel is not directly on the beach. We are sorry to hear that the distance bothers you.
About the cleanliness and the housekeeping we are going to wor.k on improvement in this area.Your constructive remarks are already forwarded to the management. As far as the lunch packets are concerned, they are standard and include sandwich, some kind of fruit,a bottle of water and something sweet. We would like to let you know that if you have any requests and preferrences about the food in the packets, you should inform us in advance. The feedback is very important for us.We are sorry that nobody asked you how was your stay at the hotel.May be it was some of our new colleges. They really have a lot to learn about hospitality but we will work on improvement in this area.

At the reception they tried to steal my money, I paid 2 rooms and it gave me the wrong rest, the food is pretty terrible, it doesn't have a private beach or a bar on the beach, the beach is extraordinarily far away. When we left, they tried to take my money because I left the car for 2 extra hours in the unarranged parking lot.

Dear DianaL3882,
thank you for sharing your experience and opinion with us.It really matters.About the room accommodation, every tourist receives the same room type as it was reserved and on the announced price by booking or by our sales management. The food answers to the standards of a four star hotel.About the bar ,all the guests are informed on check- in that we do not have a beach bar and they may take the drinks from the minibar with the coolbag from the room and drink them on the beach.About the parking, the hotel offers such one against announced price 18
lv for 24 hours during high season and 3 lv for each our after this period of time.
In conclusion i want to say that your requirements will be forwarded to the hotel managements and will do our best to win you as our guest again.
Kind regards,
LTI Dolce Vita.

This was a nice family holiday generally.

*GOOD. Once you check-in at the reception please wait/expect your all-inclusive bracelet-band. *BAD. We haven't been given the bands until Cristo (the main bartender) noticed it and asked me where is my wrist-band. I said i didn't know supposed to have one. So he kindly took me to reception and explained the situation and finally we got the wrist-bands. Thanks Cristo. I think it was only a mistake as the staff is very nice usually and respectfull.
*GOOD. The hotel is very clean and very well looked after. Every day there is cleaning going on. The maids are comming and doing proper cleaning in the rooms, collecting all empy glasses, plates, hoovering, moping... so on (Don't forget to tip.. every now and then).
The rooms look very good aswell (see actual pics), everything in the room was nice and well kept. The beds were super confy. In the room you've got a big wardrobe, table with chair, tv, fridge, coffee, tea, kettle... and most importantly air conditioning. In the fridge there are always juices, beer and water.
Every room has a nice little balcony with table and 2 chairs where you can spend the late evenings.
*BAD. In the rooms there is not enough light same in the bathroom. Looking in the mirror you cand really see details. The toilet is fixed to hight, the feet not really touching the ground. The juice and beer from the fridge are very low quality. Almost undrinkable. The beer is a 4% but not good quality neither. The bottled water has some taste same like tap water.
Even if you choose sea-view room you won't see the sea unless you are floor 6... 7... 8... There is a park between the hotel and the sea and the trees are big.
*GOOD. There are 3 lifts working non-stop. Sometimes you have to wait a little.
*GOOD. The hotel has a few restaurants and bars which are keept clean as well as the plates, forks... so on. In the main restaurant you will have the breakfast, lunch, dinner. You have some variety of food, fruits, sweets, coffee, beer, wine, water... so on. The staff is constantly clearing the tables and cleaning them, putting the chairs back... so on. They are really working hard (Don't forget to tip every now and then).
Downstairs in the lobby next to reception there is the main bar. The bartenders are constantly coming an collecting empy glasses. They are really nice and well organised. After a few times they will remember you and will straight give you the drink with a smile. (Don't forget to tip every now and then). You can seat indoor or outdoor. There are always available tables.
*BAD. The food is not great. It is only good i would say. I was reading many reviews and most of them mentioned the quality of the food which I have to agree with as well. For a 4 star hotel could be better. Also there is the same food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very rarely they are changing something. But as I said you will always find something to eat even thou is not great. The bar looks very nice. On the background you will see the bottles of Jack Daniels, Martini, Smirnof, Finlandia, Contreau... so on. But when you are asking for them they are giving you the drinks from some Bulgarian/Russian bottles. So you won't drink the actual drink you are asking for. Is a good copy of them but is not the original drink. Same as the Sprite, Cola, Fanta... There are some cheap local drinks instead. I would expect a little more from a 4 star hotel regarding the drinks and food.
*GOOD. The hotel has also other facilities, like shop where you can buy juice, beer, cigarrets, sweets, sun-cream... so on.
Also you have an exchange office. The rates are a little lower than in Varna, but thats expected. If you want to exchange over 400 - 500 euro/dollars/pounds... you could have a trip to Varna (14 Km), see it and exchange the money on some better rates in the mean time.
There is also massage available, spa, turkish bath and this kind of relaxing things.
Just next to the reception is the place where kids can have some fun aswell while you have a drink.
*GOOD or BAD ? The hotel has a private beach.
*BAD. The private beach is far in my opinion. You have to pass thru the park in the front of the hotel and there you will see a nice beach which in the private beach of Riviera. You have to go to the end of it and there is Dolce Vita private beach. Your excitement of the private beach looking similar to Riviera beach WILL END once you get to Dolce Vita beach. I won't tell you more about the beach... i will let you experience :P
*BAD. The hotel doesn't have free parking on site. Oposit the main entrance to the hotel there is a so called parking (Payed parking). Is just a land where you can park. For what it is... i think 9 euros/day is very expensive.
*GOOD. The hotel has a fre pools and water park. The pools are very clean. There are sun-beds with umbrelas and just next to it a snack bar. It is really nice to swim and spend the time on this pools. The water-park is amazing aswell for the kids.
*BAD. The pools and the water-park are closing at 18:00. It woyld be nice a little longer until 20:00 ... 21:00
All in one it was good holiday for the price we payed.

Dear MihaiSir,
thank you for your positive comment about the hotel. We are glad to hear that like most of the services that our hotel offers although you are not fully satisfied with them.About the rooms, there is enough light there. It is normal not all the rooms to be with a sea view even if they are high floor, the hotel offers and park view rooms as well.We are sorry to hear that the distance of the beach and lack of the beach bar bothers you, because the guests may use the drinks from minibar in the room with the coolbag on the beach. The parking is additionally paid and all the guests are informed in advance that it is not included in the price. The working time of the pools and water park answers to the lifeguards shift. The safety of our tourists is very important for us.We will work on improvement on this area.
Kind regards,
LTi Dolce Vita

Iliana started my family holiday 2 weeks before arrival with a very great 1st impression of the hotel. She was very prompt in responding to queries. And considerated of taking my booking based on the results of the PCR test.

Upon arrival Milena, Radost and their reception staff (Martina & Zhenya) greeted us with a great welcome and ensured all our needs were promptly met.

Hristo, Nikolia, Nicoleta, Kristgn, Stanimir and Boon will pour you drinks at the bar till you drop. LOVE IT!

Georgia leads the kitchen staff and what a great job he does and always ensures someone is greeting you at the door. The chef(s) prepare THE finest food in Varna.

Plamen ensures the lifeguard team at the swimming pool is always looking out for the little ones all day long. My only recommendation is to do something about the slippery floor tiles by the four (yes FOUR amazing pools for all ages) pools.

Zoe, Lubo, Presi and Misha have unparalleled energy to keep the little ones going all day long. I don't know how they do it.

Angelinka kept the room clean to an extremely high standard and the daily towel puppet always surprised me.

Ivan at the security gate always ensured only guests were entering the hotel.

The gardens are maintained to a lovely standard and the atmosphere always smells fresh.

Once you've had enough of eating and drinking....Dido, Vanessa and Rali will give you any type of relaxing massage you could wish for at a very reasonable price.

I mention all these names (and there were lots more) because these are the names of the people that will make your "hotel stay" into a "family holiday".

All inclusive is my recommendation and I will be booking again. 10/10.
