We have stayed at Bayside a few times over the years, usually coming and going from adventures in Gros Morne, most recently in September '14. The cabins and spotlessly clean, bright and well appointed. They have new beds which are so comfortable! The staff are terrific, friendly and so helpful. Its well located within Rocky harbour, close to food, restaurants, and most of the cabins have views of the ocean. A lovely home base in Gros Morne.

Stayed two nights at a lovely cottage. It does seem a little disconcerting to be so close to your neighbour, but everyone was mostly the sole of discretion. The cottage was spacious, furniture comfy and beds, and very clean. We were treated like family and given a nice lot of fresh towels the next day. Breath taking surrounds, peaceful and nicely on with nature. Would very much like to stay for longer next time. I fell in love with Newfoundland!

We stayed a week in one of the cottages, which was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, and microwave. No shortage of hot water, which was much appreciated after hiking. The cottages are well located out on the southern arm of the Rocky Harbour bay. An easy walk (or very short drive) to the pier to catch magnificent sunsets. Wifi coped with emails most of the time, but it seems all the locals have problems with slow internet in this part of the island. The staff were welcoming, and regularly asked if we needed anything. A good holiday stay, within easy striking distance of hikes in the northern part of Gros Morne, and the Western Brook Pond boat trip.

Spent three nights in a one bedroom cabin. Not luxurious, but clean and comfortable and fine for a bit of self-catering. Service was very helpful. Wifi available (but don't expect to stream any movies :)

My son and I stayed in a two bedroom cottage for a total of 5 nights. The cottage had everything we needed for making all of our own meals, was extremely clean and staff made sure we had what we needed each day. The weather was very wet for a few days and the staff made sure we had extra towels when we came back from our hiking adventures.
The cottages were centrally located and we were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend the cottages to anyone visiting Gros Morne National Park.
