The course itself is good and I thought it was in decent condition. Some holes are challenging, and there are enough hazards to give everyone the opportunity to find a few. The price is OK even with a power cart which came in handy on some severe elevation changes.
The biggest problem with this course is SLOW PLAY and despite expressing those concerns to the staff, nothing was done (or even attempted to be done) about it. A normal round (18 holes) usually takes about 3 1/2 to 4 hours but this course takes closer to 5 1/2 hours.
If you don't like slow play then avoid this course.

Many think this course is a junker, but they're wrong. I don't play it very often but there is nothing wrong with this course at all. The fairways & greens are in good condition. Plus the weekday rate is $31, which is real easy to take. There are a few hills but nothing that a seasoned veteran walker can't handle. It's a par 71, 6100 yards from the back Ts.

I'm strictly talking about the building here because the grounds are gorgeous... but the building, inside and out, screams of the 80s. Also very dusty inside. In definite need of some upgrades.

Kids Enjoy going with Town of Ajax Camp and playing Disk Golf. They also enjoy the driving range. Beware though extra costs apply if you loose disks.

I am not a PGA Tour player but I do consirder my self to be a half decent golfer and I know what a good course is and what a piece of crap this course was. An old friend asked me to join him of a day on the links and we decided to meet a Annandale. Well....what a mistake.
The tee boxes were mostly dirt or mud with no where to tee up except way in front or well to the back. I broke about 5 tees trying to stick them into the HARD gound. There fairways were not trimmed or cut in some time. You couldn't see your ball unless you where standing right on top of it. This means the grass on the fairways was about 2 inches high. That is rough in most golf courses. The killer of the day was the greens or should I say that lack of them. Every single green was missing about 40-55 percent of it's grass. Mostly it was made up of the small dirt row lines that the greens once grew on. This place better make BIG changes or it will be gone in a few years. The facilities are dated and smell the same way (washrooms). There are badly in need of a paint job and pride of ownership. Good price for this place would be $10.00 for 18 holes and change it to an 18 hole driving range rather than a golf course..
