It's a Tim Hortons and in a good location and a standard set up. In my opinion, all the Tim Hortons I visit lack in the variety of donuts and serve too many "specialty" undesirable (subjective opinion) donuts with too much crap in and on them. Tim Hortons is no longer a "donut" shop. That can be good ... and not so good, depending on your reason for visiting. Regardless, service here was quick and well done. No toasted coconut donuts so, my personal disappointment.

I went to buy a 20 pack of timbits and asked for certain kinds. I realize that it can be busy at times so a bit rushed but I felt like I was imposing on the cashier to have certain timbits.
Unfortunately, not the most welcoming feel as I usually feel in the small of of Ingersoll.

Like almost all of the Tim Horton's franchises, it is well organized for quick service with tasty food.

For such a busy location, the drive thru is very efficient! It is in a a perfect location-down the road to the arena for this hockey mom!

Drive thru is always busy, and on weekends one can wait up to 12 minutes idling in drive thru. If it is a stat holiday we waited close to 20 minutes. Since the two ordering windows are side by side, if you choose the one closest to the fence there is no chance to exit once you enter the drive thru as you will cause an accident.
