This resort is old ( 2001 ) and needs to be completely renovated.
The room we had # 66 ,smelled of mould.
The living room couch smelled dusty and of body odour.
The beds were comfortable but the rooms skis smelled unfresh.
The resort restaurant is way out of date and specializes fried food.
The restaurant at the golf clubhouse is much better
Two stars.

Nice location on Lake Joseph.
We were there on a weekday in mid September.
The room was dated and well used but clean.
The outside looked like it had not been washed in a long time and the grounds needed work.
We were looking forward to the heated pool and hot tub but it was disgusting.
Very loud at night with conference types partying late into the night.
Golf course it 5 stars but the resort is a disappointment

We give this resort a three out of ten for the following reasons:
1. It is a beautiful piece of Ontario
2. Clean
3. Great for families
4. Big, big rooms
5. Food was so so and kind of pricey for the quality
6. Wi-Fi near nonexistent
7. Service below standard

We would recommend it for a family looking for a fun place to go when the sun in shining. Lots to do - swimming, water slides, water trampoline, tennis, volleyball, basketball, etc. Bring your own snacks. Leave the phone and laptop at home.

facility - very clean, bathrooms, restaurant and grounds.

Staff very friendly from the bag drop to starter through beverage cart ladies and restaurant staff.

Course arguably one of the most picturesque I've played. Terrific shape and well manicured! Challenging yet playable for all levels.

Played twice this past weekend. I will say that on Sunday they over booked and apparently one group was incredibly slow. Round took almost 6 hours, 2-3 groups backed up on minimum half the holes.

Was very disappointed to witness "members" berate and speak down to staff. While these people may be financially successful they are most certainly not socially successful. I hope the resort has the fortitude to deny memberships to people who while receive some benefit for being a member, have expectations of outright control.

Play this course, you will not be disappointed!

The location and setting are beautiful. The waterfront is beautiful. The Windows dining is amazing. The golf course is beautiful and challenging. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The rest is not.
The rooms are one star at best and truly outdated. There are bird nest on the lights. The siding hasn't been washed down in years. The units are dated with scratched walls and dark rooms. It didn't feel clean at all. There was good left in our sink upon entering the room. The bathroom reeked of bleach. There is only one air conditioning unit for the suite...whoever sleeps in that room will freeze while the others will be hot. Most rooms do not have a view of anything but another wall or building. Accessibility will be a challenging, so most steps, railings, walkways are in much needed repair. It is a challenge to get to the waterfront if you use any type of mobility aid.

Room Tip: Ask to see pictures of the view before booking.
