Had our first dinner at the new La Terraza. It won't be the last! We tried the Carne en su Jugo & Pork Tenderloin. Both were cooked properly, served hot and with lovely side dishes like almond rice. The Carne was the best -- have tried it many times in Guadalajara - but loved Bobby's take on this dish. Nicely spiced. Lean broth, but thickened just a bit with rice. Nice. You get a separate dish of cilantro and red onion to add, which I did. SAVE ROOM! Bobby claims a secret source is making him the best ice cream in town. I had the Black Cherry. No argument from me. There also is a Cherries Jubilee dessert for my next visit. I may skip dinner and go right to coffee w/dessert. Just a thought
