Excellent service, Juan Carlos is super kind and attentive. Las Luciernagas is a quiet place to feel welcomed and calm. The installations are all extremely well maintained, comfortable and tasteful. Food is also yummie.

The hotel is lovely, has an amazing garden, hot tub, fireplace and living rooms. The owner is nice and charming. Was really difficult to find because it is not listed either in Google Maps or Waze app. They do not serve dinner so we had to go out again trying to find a place in Valle de Bravo. Breakfast was good and the chilaquiles are tasty. Make sure to reserve the hot tub in advance and to bring something to drink. They give amazing complimentary chocolates and the hand made soaps are lovely.

Room Tip: Inside rooms are quieter. Make sure you close the curtains to have privacy

This is a nice place to stay when visiting the area. Juan Carlos is a gracious host. The weather was chilly when we were there but the staff lot the fireplace for us at night. The house is comfortable and the gardens are lovely.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, the view of the valley is spectacular, and Juan Carlos is a wonderful host. We had dinner, the food was clean, healthy, delicious and not expensive. Breakfast was great. There are stairs to most of the rooms, feels private. We went to see the butterflies...glorious!
