Ok, so if you want silver service 'waiting on', starched white napkins, extensive menu and pretentious gumf then this may not suit your desires.
If you like a small, relaxed and very friendly place, which in actual fact is a bit like going into someones dining room, with an aga at one end and a wood burner at the other, with really tasty food ..... then you may like it.
We loved it, and would go back. Scrumptous pizzas, the very thin type which were undoubtedly the best pizzas north of Palermo, were as far removed from the 'cheeses on toast' pizzas you get in so many of the take away places. And hec! the aubergine pasta was better than you get in Pisa. As for the Tiramisu. It WAS the real thing. NO! It was better than that!!
Don't go if you are in a rush, it's not slow, but it is relaxed. Just be prepaerd to talk with who ever you go with!!
It was all delicious, friendly and peaceful. And you get cloth napkins, just not white starched! I'd go again. BTW its BYO
