Sadly, this place has been the only dissapointment on our entire trip to Murray Bridge.

It has plenty of room for parking and although the family rooms have a large fridge and microwave and sink, there aren't any cooking facilities. They do have a common BBQ area that is under cover and great to use and eat in larger groups.

From the moment we arrived the service at the front desk was terrible. Everything was too much of a problem to help us, even though our requests were to pick up the keys early, drop off laundry, ask for extra towels and get some milk. The service is unprofessional, un-inviting and simply unacceptable.

We were there for a sporting event awhcih meant we spend limited time at the motel and the staff walked passed us half way through our stay and as we were about to drive out to head off for another days competion and then only minutes later rang us via mobile to advise they wanted payment for the entire weekend, even though we had booked and provided credit card details and still had 3 nights left on our booking and made us feel as if we were skipping the bill.

Totally unacceptable service. The rooms are large and spacey, with warm blankets and good linen including comfortable pillows. Great water pressure in the showers as well, just old and out dated decor.

Being in transport we stay at various motes when required.
This one will take you by surprise as the rooms are well appointed.
The beds and bedding are superb, great beds with great/decent pillows.
We stayed there from December the 22nd through to the 26th when we departed.
Parked our semi out the front and it is visible from our room.
Perfect for security.
The staff cannot do enough for you, they are knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and exceptionally polite.
Will we stay there again? Yes we will.
All in all a great place.

Didn't book just rocked up.took a budget room which was like stepping into a 60's time warp, small rooms but that was the style of the time. Very clean room & bathroom. Air conditioning worked fine.
Bed was comfortable. Would stop here again, price was spot on.

Booked this straight off a website and was price driven again as all I wanted was an overnight stay.
First impressions are pure 1960's, its that kind of old style motel, central reception with rooms off each side spread out like a boomerang. The motel is out of town and is relatively quiet, but there is the occasional road noise and likewise railway noise which is not far away.
The rooms are small, but they are clean, they are nicely appointed, and the bathroom while small was clean. The bed and pillows were a surprise, very comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was provided in the room so I could prepare and be on my way early. One thing though - no juice!!!
If I was passing through this way again and needed an overnight stop I wouldn't hesitate to consider this motel. Very pleased.

Budget priced accommodation, An older establishment a little out of town which is a good thing. Very comfortable bed and great pillows. The cleaning staff do an outstanding job and couldn't be faulted. Does not promise anything it doesn't deliver and is great for a budget stay.
