This is our top choice for Labor Day weekend. Drive down and park on the street since parking on Labor by Shooters is $10 and very cramped and car door ding/scrape prone. Service is extraordinary - seating is prompt and unlike our last visit to Cornerstone Brewing in Berea, Ohio ... the head waitress actually remembers who is in line and keeps an up to date and comprehensive seating chart. We were promptly seated at our favorite table inside by one of many open large glass doors. Inside was air conditioned with exotic fans moving in unison towards the open doors. Server was prompt and tables were kept clean. We split a club sandwich and ordered beer and margaritas. Drinks were quickly delivered followed by our food order. Shooters will even bring out an extra plate without being asked for split meals at no extra cost. Servers are intelligent and responsive. Food is fresh. The server checked how we were doing and how we liked the food and drink. I would also recommend their burgers, steaks and chicken dishes - all excellent, fresh, hot and flavorful. An accurate bill was promptly dropped off with a polite "no rush" and "thank you". Here is a key point - service and food are consistently excellent! Here is a Pete's tip ... for Labor Day if you arrive around 2:30 to 3:30 on Sunday you can start your meal and around 3:30 either the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds (this year's Cleveland air show attraction) will keep buzzing the restaurant until 4:00. At 5:00 the band starts. This year Shooters hosted the most excellent Juke Box Heroes.
Shooters on the Water on the West bank ... a Pete's top pick.
