If I could give it more than five stars I would. The hotel is gorgeous. The room was incredible. Great bed, water pressure and very clean. The hotel's restaurant is Mancys. We ordered room service . One of the best steaks I've ever had. After traveling for over 15 hours, what a treat it was to find this gem.More

Stylish, spacious and spotlessly clean room. Public areas, also. Lots of extra touches and accommodating staff. We travel often and were very impressed. We stayed this weekend and are already talking about returning for a stay the next time we visit the Toledo Art Museum.

I stayed at the hotel with my daughter for two nights while in town visiting the University. Wonderful staff, excellent on site restaurant, very nice rooms, and great location. If you are visiting Findlay I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

We stayed at the Hancock when visiting family in Findlay and we got caught in a snow storm. The staff was amazing...accommodations were great and we were safe until we could head home in the morning after a great nights sleep! Thank you!

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel in Findlay, Oh! The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are huge and modern with a hint of masculinity (greys, blacks and accent of blue). White marble flooring in bathroom and foyer. Grey marble bathroom double sink countertop. Huge shower. Soft close drawers in bedroom and bathroom. Even a soft close toilet lid. So clean, it felt like it was new construction and I was the first guest in the room. Hotel staff extremely friendly. Valet parking only but has texting link to request retrieval of car while still in room, so it's ready to go when you leave hotel. Tons of amazing restaurants in walking distance. Can't find a negative thing to say! I will return! This was nicer than two different 5-star hotel resorts I've stayed in!
