Having decided to start working our way through the food venues in Southwold and seeing good on-line reviews we decided to try Coasters. The restaurant is quite small & simply furnished but the food was very good and there was a suitable choice of wines plus a welcome selection of Adnams bottled ales. Of note were the Tempura Prawns with sweet chilli, dressed Cromer Crab with new potatos & salad, Mackerel pate, Smoked Chicken and Monk Fish. The white Rioja was crisp with good fruit. We will certainly return to this particular venue!
