Really nice stay from start to finish. I was a bit worried about no parking facilities but I shouldn't have. Plenty of reasonably priced parking next to and opposite hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy and had everything you'd expect. Hotel was quiet so my Son and I slept well during our stay. If I'm in that neck of the woods again in the future I would not hesitate to stay again.

Good quality room but exceptionally poor breakfast. We ordered a cooked breakfast and were only served toast which took 45 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, the waitress didn’t process our order correctly and we didn’t have time to wait for it to be corrected. This is the first time I’ve experienced a poor breakfast experience at Premier Inn and it needs to be addressed for future customers.

Overall the experience at the hotel was good. My mother had an accessibility room which didn’t have a walk in shower but a shower over the bath which she couldn’t use but wasn’t a problem for one night but worth bearing in mind if you are booking these rooms.
The food in the restaurant is what you expect for a Beefeater. A big shout out to Katie our waitress who was brilliant. Very attentive and corrected a problem we had with one of the meals
