Myself and my husband often stay with Holiday Inn when we are away on business and require a hotel that is situated in a convenient location.
However, this was our first stay with the newly opened Holiday Inn Express in Fleet and I am blown away with the exceptional service that we received from the moment we walked in to check-in to the moment we left.
Every single member of staff took the time to greet us, ask us how our stay was going and offered assistance should we need it.
One of the things that immediately caught my attention, was the friendly gentleman who welcomed us on our first night. After mentioning my hearing-loss, he quickly checked with me my exact requirements to ensure I felt relaxed.
This was later reinforced by the General Manager Robert who kindly provided access to their wonderful meeting room, enabling both my husband and I to work in a quite space.
Robert was friendly, professional and helpful.
Every single member of staff from the cleaners and waitresses to the reception staff and management made us feel welcomed.
Customer service really can make or break a stay and the Holiday Inn Express Fleet made me feel sad to leave.
In addiiton to the excellent service that we received, I must compliment the attention to detail from the cleaners, the rooms were immaculate, the reception lobby smelt clean, every single item sparkled and the cleaners are a credit to this establishment.
I highly recommend staying here and you must try the Mozzarella dippers with mango. It was delicious.
