Very impressive place, wonderful landscaping and excellent service. Ideal for walking the grounds, chilling out with a drink on the terrace or relaxing with a book somewhere quite in the grounds. Many things to do locally and the Bombay Sappire Gin distillery is one you should put on your list to visit.

As a 70th Birthday we took my parents to The Elvetham for an Afternoon Tea, The Elvetham is a stunning location, easy to find and grounds to die for.

From the moment you walk through the door The Elvetham is welcoming, not overly busy offering spacious areas to enjoy an Afternoon Tea with the offer of both an inside or outside. We were welcomed into the room by Noleen who was a great hostess and helped us through the afternoon, the sandwiches were fresh, cakes sweet and full of flavour and scones were great. The house Champagne was lovely and not overly priced at £45 per bottle.

Everything about the afternoon was perfect, the staff, food and a walk around the well maintained grounds afterwards. We asked for the restaurant menus and am sure we will be back.

I was so pleased to read your lovely review and delighted to hear you enjoyed your Champagne Afternoon tea and also got time to stroll in the gardens - that sounds like a perfect afternoon. I hope your parents enjoyed the Birthday treat too.

I booked a little getaway with my boyfriend and initially had two rooms booked but had to cancel one. I was communicating with Wyn Lam, she was extremely helpful and lovely :)

The afternoon tea was fantastic, the room was spotless and dinner and breakfast both very tasty.

Stunning grounds, interior was very clean and the decor was nice. The staff over all were very friendly and really made us feel welcome. Could not recommend more. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Wonderful little gem hidden in Hampshire! Our stay was made even more special by the amazing Dixie who is a credit to the hotel! Sadly our stay here was slightly tarnished by unruly children who ran amuck through the hotel totally unsupervised by parents.
