We stayed recently as were attending a wedding just down the road in another village. The owner, Lulu, is very caring, kind, considerate and attentive.

The accommodation is spotless and well equipped, and the breakfasts are fantastic.

You really couldn't ask for more from a property or a host.

I have stayed here recently and found it to be very comfortable, the host is very helpful too.
The rooms are very nicely set up, with a sofa and desk in my large room, internet is available on a wired connection in the rooms.
The location is great for major routes, very easy on to the M1, M6, A5.
The owner is most helpful and very friendly.

This was a great find. Had a couple of days break here before going to a wedding nearby. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well furnished, with a very good en suite. As good as you could want. But what really made it was the friendliness of the owner Lulu, who gave great tips on things to do and see nearby, brought us fresh milk for tea in our room and cooked a fantastic breakfast for us each morning. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a wonderful barn conversion, full of original features, with modern en suites. Set in an idealic, little village, it was so quiet, and the bed was so comfy that I really felt rested. Breakfast was great, with options of fruit, yoghurts, cereals, and cooked breakfast items done to order.
Lulu is a fabulous hostess who would honestly bend over backwards to do anything to make your stay more comfortable.
That there is no wifi is of no surprise given the geographical location. If you want internet access take a laptop and a cable; the broadband is great.

We love our own home but a stay at the Hunt House was exceptionally good. Two OAPs and a grandson were part of a larger family group that were treated like royalty. Rooms were fabulous, the breakfast of the finest quality and the hostess was unbeatable.
Our first time in that part of the UK, but we will now be back to re-enjoy the experience - not quite every week as the grandson requested.

Room tip: We took the opportunity to view them all. They are all exceptional quality.
