We returned to Spindrift for our 6th year and had another fantastic stay.
Sue and Steve have the highest standards of accommodation and hospitality. The attention to detail is superb, perfect room, clean and tidy with a lovely shower and bed.
The breakfast menu has plenty of choices and are top quality which set you up for the day.
Sue and Steve's knowledge of the area is second to none and full of good ideas for touring around.
Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely couple, what more could anybody want.
Thank you.

We had a great welcome from Sue and Steve and outstanding attention and hospitality throughout our stay-what could be nicer than home baked cake to greet you in your bedroom each afternoon? Really peaceful location yet only ten minutes stroll to the centre of Seahouses. Splendid breakfasts enhanced by the Sue baked stotties.
If you have any doubts about visiting the Farnes on one of the local boats forget them-it is a magical experience on Inner Farne.

I have never stayed anywhere like Spindrift. The hospitality myself and my boyfriend were met with was second to none.

Nothing was too much trouble for Sue and Steve. They make running a B&B look so easy and effortless but in reality they are running a very well oiled machine.

You are not made to feel like guests when at Spindrift, you are made to feel like part of the family and it's a very special experience.

If in doubt, don't be. Stay here!

What can we add to our spindrift reviews?, the answer is..what a great stay, what a fantastic birthday I've had with my wife, staying with the perfect hosts in the perfect place. To sum up..the best of times with the best of hosts..5 star rating simply doesn't do it justice.

This was our second visit to Spindrift and to the exceptionally warm, friendly welcome awaiting us. Sue and Steve went out of their way to make it a memorable stay and could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed the delightful Easter tree, the selection of tasty breads for the toast, the lovely Oxford Farm preserves and all the really thoughtful extras that they provided; the sort of thoughtfulness you might hope for from family members rather than the owners of a business. The delights of the Northumberland coast are on the doorstep - beautiful even in the dismal weather. All the better for a warm welcome and comfortable, warm room to return to and the prospect of another delicious breakfast (don't overdo the evening meals!).
